Dr. Quan is a board-certified and licensed naturopathic doctor in California. His clinical focuses are chronic stress/fatigue, insomnia, pain management, IV therapy, men's health, and home health services. He also practices as a health coach on longevity and anti-aging. Furthermore, he is naturally gifted hand healing skills with extensive training in cranial-sacral therapy and is a spiritual counselor focusing on mental health and spiritual wellness.

He received two bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in public health from Boston University School of Public Health with 20+ years of professional experience as a public health specialist and a trained humanitarian relief worker. He earned his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. As a clinician, his clinical specialties and interests are integrative naturopathic medicine, mind-body medicine, mindfulness practices, spiritual counseling, cranial-sacral therapy, hand-healing therapy, bio-resonance therapy, hydrotherapy, and homeopathic medicine.


Dr. Quan is a compassionate and caring clinician with 20+ years of a professional career in leadership positions for Doctors Without Borders, the International Red Cross Red Crescent, and various international charitable organizations throughout the World. He has lived, worked, and traveled to over 80 countries. He's been proven a highly skillful communicator with fluency in English, French, Vietnamese, and a few African languages. His dedication and passion for medicine, healthcare, public health, and the elevation of human suffering have allowed him to engage and touch numerous lives around the World.


Dr. Quan is also a lifelong mindfulness practitioner. He’s been studying Buddhist and Vedantic philosophies throughout his life. He is a trained meditator in the Zen tradition at Plum Village monasteries in France and the U.S. under the guidance of the Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. He attended many 10-day silent vipassana meditations retreats over the last 2.5 decades under the teaching of Satya Narayan Goenka. He was also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. In the last decade, he’s been exploring the teaching of Sri Ramana Maharshi on Self-Inquiry, Engaged-Buddhist philosophy, Vedantic philosophy, Hindu philosophy, and Sufiism with a fundamental spiritual interest in establishing a skillful mind and a proper attitude in living with stability and harmony amongst sentient beings, as well as, guiding his patients to develop an optimal and balance physical, mental, and spiritual health.
